1 模组介绍

1.1 特点简介

VC4FM25模组是熵权物联基于BK3633射频芯片研发的蓝牙模组。

本模组采用片上高集成度的SoC芯片方案,支持BLE 5.2协议。芯片内部集成了高性能射频收发器、基带、低功耗处理器,配备有功能丰富的外设单元,可编程协议和配置文件,以支持广泛的应用。采用Flash存储器使其适合定制应用程序。

1 芯片内部框图

本模组采用先进的技术设计并集成,带有开关DC-DC稳压器,具有超低功耗和超低泄漏功率。嵌入式高阶干扰抑制滤波器和快速自动增益控制逻辑使其可以良好地运行在高干扰环境下。

1.2 基本特性

n   BLE 5.2双模以及2.4GHz私有协议;

n   支持低功耗RTC,深度睡眠电流小1μA

n   支持BLE 125kbps500kbps1Mbps2Mbps速率;

n   2.4GHz私有协议下支持1Mbps2Mbps速率;

n   最大12dBm的输出功率,功率可配置;

n   32RISC内核,80KB RAM,最高80MHz主频;

n   工作电压从0.9 ~ 1.5Vboost),2.0 ~ 3.6Vbuck);

n   时钟

n   16MHz晶体参考时钟,可以通过内部调谐负载电容

n   80MHz数字锁相环时钟

n   外部32kHz晶体

n   微处理器可以与带有内部分频器的任何时钟源一起运行

n   专用于I2S主时钟提供音频锁相环时钟

n   接口和外围设备

n   Quad IO Flash编程

n   I2CSPI接口速率可达96MHz

n   2UART接口,UART可进行程序下载

n   多通道高精度32PWM

n   USB 主机和设备接口,具备USB音频功能
